Cylindrical ceiling lights LED
RIMSA’s cylindrical LED ceiling lights are watertight ceiling lights available in 6 models suitable for illuminating the machine tool compartments where they are mounted. These ceiling lights provide stratified linear illumination for the spindle as well as for the work area, even in the presence of water jets or coolant emulsions. These lamps are also suitable for machines with strong vibrations.
There are three lamp lengths: 512 mm, 707 mm and 1498 mm. Two versions have been produced for each: one in PMMA and one in glass. The maximum temperature reached by the ceiling lights is 50°C.
These models have an IP 67 and IK 07 resistance.
MACHINE LED LIGHT FOR A CLEAR VISION
RIMSA’s cylindrical LED ceiling lights are available in two different materials. PMMA ceiling lights are characterized by a cylindrical body made of scratch-resistant polymethylmethacrylate with the ends closed by two caps, in which an LED lamp is placed; the glass ceiling lights are characterized by a cylindrical body made of scratch-resistant borosilicate glass containing an LED lamp.
The diameter of the body is 70 mm. Watertightness is ensured by screwing the three screws on the side caps, which activate an O-Ring that compresses and adheres perfectly to the inner wall of the cylinder.
