High Resistance
The PSLED linear ceiling come with an extruded aluminum profile, housing two T5 LED tubes. The entire profile is hermetically sealed with a polyurethane seal, designed to withstand exposure to various lubricating and cutting fluids. The front of the ceiling is shielded by 4 mm of robust tempered glass, ensuring exceptional resistance to accidental damages (IK08 impact rating, IP68 protection rating against dust and water). The lamp can work in a work environment temperature between -20 and +50 °C.

Light Efficiency
The PSLED linear ceiling are equipped with two highly efficient T5 LED tubes. These lamps offer a remarkable reduction in energy consumption, down to just one-third of their fluorescent counterparts, all while extending their lifespan to an impressive 50000 hours.

Easy Connection and Installation
For easy connectivity, one face of the LED tube light (or both faces in the case of through-power supply) features an M20x1.5 cable gland. The connection terminal is accessible by simply unscrewing the cable gland, thanks to a reliable “O” ring seal.
This means you can connect the machine tube light to the power supply quickly and effortlessly, without the need to disassemble the lamp’s sealing elements.
Mounting the LED machine tube light is straightforward, utilizing plastic clips that fit neatly into the notches on the lamp’s base. The clips come with 5.1 mm diameter holes, spaced at 142.5 mm intervals once mounted.
As part of the standard package, four clips are included. Upon request, the machine lamp can be equipped with two adjustable fixtures, offering rotation within the range of +10 to -60 degrees.

Installation Recommendations
Position the machine light so that the cable gland is at the lowest point to ensure effective drainage; the passage for the supply cable through the panel, where the machine light is mounted, should be situated below the gland of the light: when using a cable with a metal braid, terminate the braid in front of the gland, apply a shrink tube over the end of the braid, and insert only the central part of the cable with the shrink tube into the gland. This precaution prevents water from entering the lamp, even with a tightly sealed gland.

More Details

The side parts in moulded polymeric material are screwed directly onto the extruded aluminium body, while the front of the ceiling lamp is covered by a 4 mm tempered Pyrex glass screen, perfectly sealed with a polyurethane gasket.

Protection degree IP67. The tempered glass is fixed to the aluminium body by means of plastic screw fasteners. The electronic supply unit and T5 LED tubes are located inside the ceiling lamp. The lumen output of the T5 LED tubes is reflected by a specially designed diffuser screen. All the materials are resistant to common solvents, degreasing agents, and lubricant and coolant emulsions. The side cap features the connection terminal for connection to the external cable, with maximum dimensions of M20x1.5 mm. To access the electrical connection terminal, first remove the cable gland sealed with an O-ring. It is not therefore necessary to disassemble the ceiling lamp in order to connect it electrically to the machine. This saves time for the installer and reduces the possibility of reassembly error.

The high quality (and good cooling) of the electronic supply unit and two T5 LED tubes are a prerequisite for a lamp service life of 50,000 hours.

The electronic supply unit includes active power factor compensation, rapid ignition control, and protection against LED tube removal during operation. The lighting device is fixed to the machine by means of techno-polymer stops fitted in the lower guides on the side of the aluminium body; 4 stops are included in the standard delivery. All lighting devices are supplied with 840-grade LED tubes. Operating temperature between -20 and +50 °C.

The PS linear LED ceiling light is recommended for workbenches, production lines, CNC machines and in the mechanical industry.
